Abstract :
In this paper, transparent antenna using aluminum doped zinc oxide (AZO) has been presented. Quartz and glass has been used as dielectric substrate, while for the radiating element and ground both using AZO. From the simulations results, simulated return loss at 2.4 GHz for transparent antenna using quartz substrate are 16.8 dB while for antenna using glass as substrate are 15.9 dB. Transparent antenna using quartz as substrate recorded high gain, 6.75 dB.
