Abstract :
In this paper describes the features of the design automation subsystem modeling using COMSOL API. They also analyzed the modern design of microelectromechanical systems devices described environment creating programs and implemented software solution. Developed subsystem allows you to automate model building and simulation exercises distribution of temperature, electric potential, and warp actuators.
