Abstract
The current stage of medical science development leads to the elaboration and implementation of new information technologies. It acquires particular importance in the study of cells - the basis of any biological system. The offered approach to finding information on morphofunctional state of hormone producing cells is based on decomposition of their special activity on 4 components (synthesis, secretion, transport hormones, the energy supply of these processes), followed by the point assessment on a special scale of number and state of cell organelles that implement the corresponding direction. The object of the study is electron diffraction patterns of cells of the endocrine glands, including the thyroid gland, made by conventional methods. Further mathematical transformation of the obtained digital material allows characterizing specific activity of the studied cell, detecting deviations, developing approaches to their adjustment, and predicting the development of pathological processes.
