Abstract
A 100-MHz radio-frequency energy harvester is designed and implemented for passively powered devices. The proposed design achieves high power conversion efficiency over wide input power range by adjusting the effective loading and setting the rectifier´s output voltage adaptively. Reconfigurable structure further extends the operating range. As a self-contained energy harvester, the sensitivity is simulated to be -23 dBm which supplies an output voltage of 1.8 V over a 10-Mohm load. More than 30% of power conversion efficiency can be achieved for input available power from -20 dBm to 0 dBm.
