Abstract
This paper presents a design of triangular microstrip antenna using parasitic patch for Wireless Fidelity application. The impedance bandwidth can be achieved by controlling the position and the distance of the parasitic patch and also the length of the transmission line. The results shown return loss of -26.15 dB, VSWR 1.104 and bandwidth 246.4 MHz or increased 95.55% after using parasitic patch and with Half Power Bandwidth 800. The results from the measurement shown return loss of -18.34 dB, VSWR 1.28 and bandwidth 180 MHz or about 7.83%.
