Design of microstrip antenna based on the liquid substrate

This paper provides a demonstration of designing a microstrip antenna based on liquid substrate. This work suggests an advantage of owing synthesized dielectric constant by mixing diverse liquids. Water is used for such a demonstrating work. A technique of measurement of material parameters is applied in this work. Both of simulated and measured results are presented in this work.
