Aspects regarding the design and realisation of a humanoid robot

This paper describes designing of an humanoid robot called ADAM-V1. The main goal of this project is to build a humanoid robot to replace the man in tasks that could be monotonous or dangerous. The purpose of creating the ADAM-V1 robot is represented by the study of its behavior and its improvement in order to become capable of executing missions, especially in hostile environments, as well as domestic tasks, thus substituting the human personal. In this paper it presents the way it is designed some of the components of this robot, namely: hand, arm, forearm, head and torso.
