Grey target decision model with interval number based on a new distance measure

In view of the limits of existing distance measures of interval numbers, a new distance measure is discussed and combined with the grey target decision model. At the same time, on the basis of the principle of TOPSIS, a new decision model of grey target is set up considering not only the distance from positive bulls eye but also from negative one. An example is given to show the application of the method, and the results are compared with other methods. The results verify the validity and practicability of the method.
