  • Abstract
    For product demand with uncertainty and diversity, based on the previous theoretical studies, this paper improves the traditional HOQ (house of quality) to the HOQ Tree (HOQT). Through calculating the gray correlation between demand and function, to get the HOQ´s correlation matrix. Then, using the theory of cross-impact to correct the heavy of function, finally the paper gets an effective product demand analysis solutions.
