Abstract :
Under the advancement of medical technology and facing an aging society, the elderly still faces the problem of regular outpatient visits for their joint degeneration. It is a burden to the elderly. This study proposed a portable device based on internet concept, which is similar to a kneecap, and can continuously detect the joint condition and update the data to the cloud. The doctors can use the data stored in network database to assess the change conditions of patient´s long-term personal physiological parameters, thus reducing the cost required for same examinations due to repeated incidence of disease. The patients may reduce the cost of outpatient visits.
