Abstract :
This study aimed to establish technology methods to evaluate MTF (modulation transfer function) for digital image system recommended by IEC 62220-1 and the use of a slit. The results showed that the difference was small between the knife edge and slit methods in the image analysis. However, the knife-edge method based on the slit technology is simple, easy to operate, and widely used. This method is used as a fundamental of the next research which calculates noise power spectrum (noise power spectra, NPS), and quantum efficiency (detective quantum efficiency, DQE).
