Abstract :
An 8 × 4 substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) slotted SIW array is designed at 25 GHz to achieve -20 dB side lobe level (SLL). The slotted SIW array is designed monolithically integrated with a novel 1 × 8 power divider which provides -20 dB SLL Taylor distribution weights with uniform phase distribution. The desired SLL is obtained in simulated radiation pattern.
