Abstract :
Electromagnetic modeling of inhomogeneous and anisotropic structures requires solution of volume integral equations using moment method. Given the application of inhomogeneous and anisotropic structures in different application areas, it is of critical importance to develop accurate and efficient modeling methods. In this work, we investigate the solutions of the volume integral equation (VIE) methods for solving inhomogeneous and anisotropic structures with arbitrary shapes. Various numerical examples are shown to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithms.
