Abstract :
In this paper, a grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) feed technique is proposed for gain control of a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) horn antenna at 60 GHz. The controlling gain is obtained by using the NIP diodes (MA4FCP305). The return loss and antenna gain studies were performed using (HFSS) simulator. Simulated results showed an enhancement of the gain and bandwidth of the proposed antenna.
