Abstract :
A transparent and stretchable zeroth-order resonant (ZOR) antenna is presented. In order to realize the proposed antenna, the CPW-fed ZOR antenna is utilized. A vertically oriented meander line scheme is employed to obtain high reconfigurability. By changing the strain, the resonant frequency of the antenna is tuned from 2.94 GHz to 2.46GHz. Due to the use of stretchable micromesh, the antenna can be optically transparent as well.
