Abstract :
We present a 4 × 12.5 Gb/s WDM silicon photonic transmitter based on Mach-Zehnder modulators with surface-normal optical interface which ensure high misalignment-tolerance. Low voltage operation is achieved using 2.5 V differential driving signal.
