Abstract
In the present era, the problem of piracy became a crucial issue for survival of Indian film industry. Due to piracy, cinema industry suffers a huge amount of monetary loss. Although, Digital Cinema Initiatives defines a forensic marking system in their standards in order to protect their copyrights. However, it is not sufficient to avoid piracy. Because it only shows when and where was piracy done, but not the actual location of the camera. The main challenge is to determine the location of the camera in the theater. In this paper, a method to determine tilt angle of the image has been analyzed and presented. This method can be used to determine the position of the camera in the theater. The proposed work uses the projective to transform and zero padding technique for finding the tilt angle of the image. Experimental results show the validity of proposed work.
