Abstract
➢ Fuel savings have been reduced to 4–5% with the detailed cruiser and feeder designs ➢ Air to air refueling is still attractive for the majority of flights in the scenario ➢ Some connections could still save up to 15% fuel ➢ Feeder bases with high traffic should use Feeder with an offload capacity for at least 2 refueling operation the reduce their runway traffic
