Abstract :
A high bandwidth discrete time controller for three phase PWM rectifiers which optimizes the dc-link stiffness with respect to load variations is introduced. Based on one derived discrete time model of the PWM rectifier the control implementation and design is illustrated. The proposed concept is compared to a conventional design and simulations and experimental results are shown.
