Abstract
In high-speed railway, the communication channel of train need to be switched frequently, and the available time is very short. To solve these problems, a solution is provided in two aspects. On one hand, try to decrease the handover delay, which improve the (CI, TA) coordinates method to cut down the time to prepare for handover. In the meantime, adding a permissible value of handover can avoid switching prematurely. In addition, in the single network, a method that suggests activating the communication channel of the target cell ahead of time is proposed, which can reduce the time of switching execution. On the other hand, try to increase the available time of handover, which proposes a power estimation algorithms based on dynamic threshold to increase the available handover time of train. At the end of the paper, it is verified that has a great effect with Simulink.
