Abstract
The problems of internet actions analysis and active control are studied according to the Internet system self-organization theory, and from the non-equilibrium system point of view. The rules of the internet actions from existence to evolution are analyzed using the theories. The paper firstly poses the concept of non-equilibrium Internet action based on studies of complication in Internet system, analyzes its statues, functions and significance in Internet management, and formerly provides a skeleton of Internet action quantity analysis. Based on this study, the concept of internet actions measurement is introduced, and resulted in the establishment of a fundamental frame work for the non-equilibrium internet actions analysis system. Moreover, a practicable methodology is presented. The paper concludes with a depicting systematic construction of Internet action describing, and we have acquired a series of macroscopic Internet simulation and control mathematics models upon Internet action studies. Thereafter, this paper is valuable on theoretical aspects, and has current significance as well.
