Designing a modern user experience for a human resources website Handling both visitor perspectives: Candidates and recruiters

This paper describes the user experience design choices made while building an online recruitment website focused on the Romanian human resources market. The described concepts include responsive layout, user flow, funnel optimization, inbound marketing, online payment solutions and matchmaking algorithms. The paper is focused mostly on the experience of new graduates looking for their first job and how they can capitalize on the skills obtained in school.
