The Analysis and Expansion of User Requirements Based on a Novel Information Service Platform

With the rapid development of the Internet, as well as the user needs are more diversified and personalized. The existing technologies to provide information for users through simply matching keywords and the results presentation of current information search service systems are increasingly unable to meet the rising user needs. The problems mainly manifest the inaccuracy of information and the complexity of selecting information. Focusing on the above problems, in this paper, we propose a novel algorithm to expand the user query based on an information service platform, which is achieved with an innovative indexing network model. On this basis, we put forward an algorithm which can extract a sub indexing network according to the located category on the basis of user´s requirements to provide service for users through this semantic graph model. The proposed method carries out an interactive mechanism between users and information search platform, meanwhile, perfectly describes the potential requirements and the most adequate information from user, thereby returning much more accurate information to the user. The experiments reflect the advantage of our method and the differences with the current information search service systems.
