  • Abstract
    This paper presents new SPICE-compatible circuit models of multi-ports. The models are based on s-parameters with reference impedances that are allowed to be complex and are not necessarily equal for all ports. Two families of s-parameter definitions are considered: based on pseudo-waves and based on power waves. A number of simple examples confirm the correctness of the proposed approach.
