Abstract :
Science popularization level evaluation contributes to measuring science popularization effect. An evaluation method for science popularization level based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey relational analysis (GRA) is proposed in this paper. 6 first-level evaluation indexes including science popularization personnel, science popularization space, science popularization fund, science popularization media, science popularization activity and science popularization influence are selected to construct an evaluation index system for science popularization level. AHP is used to assign the weight of each evaluation index. GRA is applied to assess the science popularization level. And the evaluation results are given in accordance with the grey relational grades of the science popularization bases. To verify effectiveness of proposed method, the operation data from five science popularization bases of China are collected, and the sorting result of science popularization level is provided.
