Abstract :
Ship collision analysis is always a very important issue for shipping industry to take into considerations. The General tendency of the collision number in the past decades is increasing. In this paper, to research ships collision energy in different impact point, different impact angle, studying on the construction of ship model, the finite element mesh, the external dynamics of ship collision simulation, The method of ship collision mechanism include: numerical theory algorithm, ship collision test method and the finite element analysis method. To verify the rationality of simulation research, the research compare the finite element analysis result and numerical simulation algorithm result. This paper discusses on the action should be taken in imminent danger to reduce the loss. Finally, according to the "Rules"provisions and requirements of good seamenship, contributes the best behavior in the collision unavoidable circumstance can minimize the collision loss, including course and speed changing measures.
