Abstract :
Teacher´s personality is one of the variables that without doubt influences to a great degree the quality of every educational process - together with the variables concerning pupils themselves and frequently also miscellaneous effects of the surrounding environment. A view on teacher´s role should not even be based on erroneous presuppositions and distorted concepts - the possibilities and scope of interaction between the teacher and pupil are in many ways to a certain extent limited.
