The role of international cooperation in ensuring the quality of engineering education in Central Asia within the project TEMPUS QUEECA

The Central Asian region being adjacent to the European Union has a number of specific characteristics. Such proximity to the European Community contributes to the development of relations between the regions. In the 20-year history of the independence of the region have been implemented hundreds of projects for the development of engineering education. However, in the context of ensuring the quality of TEMPUS QUEECA¹ is a unique project for the Central Asian region and for the European Union. The experience of the European Union in the field of quality assurance is one of the leading in the world and can serve as a strong foundation for the development of this institution in the neighboring regions.
