  • Abstract
    In this study, an application of the Jigsaw-based cooperative approach was proposed for a vocational high school. According to the project goal, teaching students how to make a good report was considered vital. In order to execute the developed technique, learners can cooperatively write reports on a learning platform (like Google Doc). In the end, the report writing learning activity was implemented based on a jigsaw-based cooperative approach incorporating Google Doc. In the learning activity, learners were assigned different tasks to learn how to write a report and to develop and understanding of the vital index in report writing. The results indicated that report writing learning achievement can be improved with a Jigsaw-based cooperative approach. The writing quality of the reports was evaluated by three teachers. A consistency check method, Kappa, was used to ensure the consistency of the report writing.
