Ethical and legal model for technological surveillance system

This work has benn developed within the project "Proyecto de Investigación y Desarrollo: Vigilancia e Innovación Tecnológica (PID 25 / P040 - UTI1355)" conducted by the Education, Educational Technology and Innovation Team. Recently, it was decided to incorporate unstructured information at VT, extracted from social networks like Facebook or Twitter handling information like comments, thoughts, and developed ideas that could be subject to copyright. This study was performed to establish an ethical and legal framework that serves to structure a system of VT and any computer system, which is working with third-party information or "private" character.
