  • Abstract
    In Austria there is a unique curriculum of technical education which is taught at Federal Secondary Colleges of Engineering, commonly known as HTL (Höhere Technische Lehranstalt). This paper gives an overview of the PLM (product lifecycle management) functionality and the gained experiences so far, concerning introduction PLM to students at Austrian HTLs.
