Abstract
This paper discusses an advanced operational assistance system for a manual guided transfer system with vibrational elements. The manual guided transfer system is guided manually by the operator for transferring the object to the target position. However in the transfer system with vibrational elements, the vibration is excited by the inappropriate operation. On the other hand, it is difficult to position quickly and precisely at the target position by the operation while considering vibration suppression. Therefore in this study, the operational assistance system while considering vibration suppression and precise positioning for the manual guided transfer system is proposed. In general, it is difficult to suppress a vibration on high frequency range by manual operation. Therefore, the operational assistance system for suppressing the vibration on high frequency range is proposed in this paper. In order to clarify the assisted area by the operational assistance system on frequency domain, operator´s tracking ability to the target object with vibration behavior is evaluated by the experiments. The operational assistance system for the vibration suppression is designed by the filtering approach. The effectiveness of the proposed operational assistance system is verified by the experiments using the manual guided transfer system with the pendulum.
