Abstract :
In this paper, a Smart Assistive Navigation System for Blind and Visually Impaired Individuals is designed and implemented to secure a safe and low-cost navigation. Blind navigation systems are many, but very few are those that are completely successful in addressing the requirements of blind individuals to navigate safely, comfortably, and independently. Thus, some projects of the state-of-the-art are discussed and analyzed. Finally, the design and the implementation of the system are shown.
