  • Abstract
    This talk describes how high-performance ultra-wideband Phased Array Systems can be enabled through silicon photonics based photonic integrated circuits. Component technologies including heterogeneous integration of III-V materials and ultra-low-loss silicon nitride waveguides, plus laser, modulator, filter and true-time-delay devices and sub-systems will be described.
