Abstract
Planetary lightning is a wide spread phenomenon in the Solar system. For today, we know at least 4 planets with stormy atmospheres: Earth, Saturn, Jupiter and Uranus. The largest radio telescope in decameter range UTR-2 has been observing Saturn lightning since 2006. Due to the simultaneous observation with the spacecraft Cassini the reliability of the ground-based observation data was proved. To date we provide numerous observations of Saturn, Uranus and Venus electromagnetic radiation and therefore we are caring out the multistage data processing.
