Abstract :
Image quality assessment is to measure the difference between two images. In this paper, we propose an image quality assessment method by improving and extending visual information fidelity (VIF) to consider visual sensitivity instead of pure pixel difference between pixels. Experiment results prove that our proposed method performs well.
