Abstract
In order to further study magnetic performance of cylindrical magnetic coupling, the numerical simulation for magnetic performance of cylindrical magnetic coupling was conducted with ANSYS software. The distribution law of the magnetic lines of force (B-lines) and the magnetic induction intensity under different magnetic poles and different magnetic rotation angles was studied. The numerical results show that the distribution of the magnetic lines of force (B-lines) and the magnetic induction intensity have obvious periodicity with the number of magnetic poles. The number of magnetic poles was bigger, the distribution of the magnetic lines of force (B-lines) was more closely, its magnetic induction intensity was bigger, and its magnetic performance was better. The numerical simulation and study was supposed to provide the useful references for the design of cylindrical magnetic coupling.
