Abstract :
With the rapid development of the network economy, more and more consumers choose the network shopping this new shopping way, more customers gradually from the traditional counter financial services to online banking services at the same time. In this paper, the author draw on the customer satisfaction research from domestic and foreign scholars, and extend their research results to information security products of online-bank. The author tried to construct the measurement model which is suitable for customer satisfaction of online-bank information security products and future purchase intention. Factor analysis and multiple regression methods are used to verify the rationality of the measurement model and the measurement of index by using questionnaire survey from the groups of Xi´an college students.
