Abstract :
Aiming at increasing the stability and economy of the wind photovoltaic (PV) battery hybrid system, this paper proposed the reasonable optimal capacity allocation model with the constraint conditions of the utilization for wind-solar resource, the system rated capacity and the discharge depth of the battery under a fixed coordinated operation strategy. And to solve the model by a kind of improved algorithm which takes differential local search with NSGA-II algorithm. The new algorithm improves the distribution of the optimal solutions. A simulation was conducted based on the wind PV battery hybrid system in Zhangbei, China. Results showed that the system can operated stably with a low operating cost.
