  • Abstract
    The solution is offered at which the effective chip formation is reached by means of such sizes, forms and arrangements of ledges on a front surface of the cutting plate, which provide the big size of chip deformation and change a deformation vector so that along with usual process of shift the chip receives screw deformation.
