  • Abstract
    Electrical based digital signals handling and transmitting systems are nearing their end of operating speed and this hampers the further progress in increasing of fastness of information mass processing. Widespread implementation of fiber-optic communication networks conditioned the qualitative leap in information transmission rate up to terabit/per-second.
