Abstract :
In a complex assembly system, the kinematic precision analysis is closely related to the geometric design, tolerance design, and the precision of movement modules. However, the assembly information is so numerous and complex that the traditional researches are limited to the design of movement modules. In this paper, we have proposed a new integrated method to predict the assembly kinematic precision considering most of the above assembly information. Meanwhile, a computer-aided precision analysis application has been developed for SolidWorks to verify the proposed method.
