Abstract :
In the era of information, study on path planning plays an increasingly important role in car-navigation, planning of satellite orbit maneuver and mobile manipulator operation, etc. However, solving the new problem needs a large quantity of computing. DNA computing and engineering concept of synthetic biology provide us with a good solution to the extremely complex path planning problem. First, use the specific binding of DNA base pairs to perform exhaustive possible path programs. Then, logic biological brick in synthetic biology can further decide the reasonable path which meets the set criteria by producing fluorescence signal. It provides us with a new practical attempt to biological computer´s parallel computing and logical judgment mechanism.
