  • Abstract
    We realized polarization insensitive cross-phase modulation based wavelength converter using a saw-tooth pulse by polarization diversity. Precisely synthesized saw-tooth pulse and polarization independence achieved small power penalty of 0.3 dB at 10-9 despite polarization scrambling.
