Abstract :
This paper proposes a newweighted fuzzy interpolative reasoning method for sparse fuzzy rule-based systems based on piecewise fuzzy entropies of fuzzy sets. We also apply the proposed weighted fuzzy interpolative reasoning method to deal with the Mackey-Glass chaotic time series prediction problem. The experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the existing methods for dealing with the Mackey-Glass chaotic time series prediction problem.
