  • Abstract
    The paper is devoted to increase the effectiveness of decision-making in outsourcers involvement in projects of municipal water supply systems reconstruction. The functional models of decision-making processes are developed. On the basis of verbal analysis method ZAPROS the model for alternative outsourcers multi criteria ranging is presented.
