Abstract
Fair allocation of collaboration benefits of business models based on machine-to-machine (M2M) applications may be performed by using methods of cooperative game theory. A value oriented method (Shapley method) will be applied on an agricultural scenario representing the M2M information supply chain of the harvesting process. Two manufacturers of harvesting machines and a portal provider collaborate. The allocation of cost savings and revenues will be calculated and discussed under different circumstances.
