Abstract :
Kinetic equation with tunnelling relaxators has been set up and studied on the basis of the mechanism of quantum polarization of solid dielectrics. Frequency dependences ε and δ have been theoretically defined and compared with experimental data. Density of thermally stimulated current has been calculated. It was found out that in order to understand the characteristic properties of dielectric spectra at low temperatures it is necessary to take into account the effect of tunnelling of relaxators.
