  • Abstract
    Compact strictly non-blocking 8×8 silicon photonic switch based on optical phased array is designed and fabricated. Broadband (1530-1560 nm) switching with on-chip loss of 9.8 dB and response time below 25 μs is demonstrated experimentally.
