  • Abstract
    Gigabit broadband hybrid FTTH access is demonstrated via GPON-G.fast integration. 500 Mbit/s layer 2 bit-rates are demonstrated with a novel 16-line GPON-G.fast system and copper loop lengths of 200 m. Higher bitrates were also achieved for shorter loop lengths.
